How can I get started?
First you should reach out to us to discuss your investment opportunity, capital raise goals, investor targeting criteria and other specifics. If our team gives you the greenlight you can securely order through our website using the e-commerce, request a custom invoice or fill out our Bill Pay Tool with a custom note about which city you would like entering the correct payment based on pricing for that location. Private event rates are available on our pricing page.
Can I expedite the event?
Depending on your capital raise timeline, current needs, investor targeting, location, budget flexibility and our teams availability we may be able to expedite the event.
Typical preparation time for private events is:
60 days for USA and 90 days for International events.
This lead time needed can vary based on the type of investors needed, the industry, seasonal timing issues (holidays/weather), and other factors.

Do you offer multi-city road shows?
Yes, and volume discounts are available depending on the amount of cities, regional clustering, date flexibility and other factors. USA and Global roadshow services are available for brands across a wide array of industries.

Can I get discounts if I'm subscribed to an IR engagement package?
Yes! Typically one private event a quarter is included with our Signature IR packages. In addition, our accelerate and signature IR package offer an included live presentation at larger GCN quarterly investor conferences which are attended by over 500 guests in person and 100+ live streaming investors from around the world.
Do you help with investor follow up after private events / roadshow?
Yes, our team not only provides you with the contact data via spreadsheet(s) of all the investor attendees but will also conduct follow ups with the investors to select the most pre-qualified and interested investors for you to move to the next round of discussion and diligence with.
Can you help us prepare for the presentation?
A full suite of services are available to help you optimize your presentation materials ranging from pitch decks to business plans, forecasts, animated explainer videos and animated video pitch decks and more. Services can be ordered a-la-carte or discounted with a bundled solution.
What types of investors are invited to the event?
We focus our outreach based on the amount of money and industry you are targeting. Typically we invite a mix of accredited investors including:

We have hosted at great venues and restauraunts and help you decide on best-fit spots to host your private dinner based on the investor type, region, deal type, and other factors. Typically we focus on Socal locations such as: Newport Beach, Los Angeles and San Diego first before booking events in alternative regions such as New York or globally including London and Dubai.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
We customize your private event to be tailored towards your ideal investor demographic ranging from cuisine type, room size, AV necessary, space required to present any products, prototypes, documents or branded displays etc. Our goal is to create an impactful experience that allows you to impress and convert investors to support your capital raise needs,
ARE MEALS INCLUDED?
The cost of the meals and/or drinks will be depend on the venue we select with you to host the events. These costs are handled by the customer directly with the restauraunt or venue. We help our customers negotiate best prices, finalize on locations, strategic menu selections for cost reduction and more. Typically nice food venues have a minimum of about $1,500.
HOW DO WE START
First select a package whether it is a single dinner or the Mult-Event Full Service solution. If you opt for the Full Service plan you will also be featured on stage at our next large investor conference, we host these 3x a year with 150+ investors, 500+ attendees in person. The packages are all paid upfront.
CREATE YOUR ITINERARY
We select dates with you for the private events to be setup on. Typically we look fot dates 3-5 weeks away for most events. If you are traveling from out of town you can begin scheduling your hotels and/or flights to get to your event on those days. Typically we schedule private dinners for week days.
YOUR CAPTAIN AND CREW
Upon ordering your private events you will have an official onboarding call with members of the GCN team to deep-dive into your investment opportunity to understand before going into the investor outreach and RSVP invites. We will create e-mail and graphical collateral to provide to targered investors.
