    GCN Investor & Attendee Contact List – License & Terms

    1. Overview

    By purchasing or receiving access to a Global Capital Network (“GCN”) Investor & Attendee Contact List, you agree to these Terms of Use and License conditions. This document governs how the data may be used, shared, and retained.

    2. License Type

    • Lifetime License — One-time purchase, no expiration.

    • Single Organization Use — The license is granted to the purchasing individual or organization.

    • Non-Transferable — The list may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to another company or person without written approval.

    3. Permitted Use

    You may use the list to:

    • Contact investors for legitimate business, partnership, or fundraising purposes.

    • Import data into your CRM, email, or outreach platforms for your own company’s use.

    • Create internal analyses or investor segmentation strategies.

    4. Prohibited Use

    You may not:

    • Share, resell, or distribute any portion of the list publicly or privately.

    • Upload or share the list on public databases, data marketplaces, or online drives accessible to others.

    • Use the list for spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or any outreach violating anti-spam regulations.

    • Represent yourself as GCN or imply affiliation beyond legitimate purchase or participation.

    5. Data Contents

    Each contact record includes:
    First name, last name, company, title, and accreditation status.
    Some bonus investor registrations include additional optional fields provided during full event registration.

    6. Data Accuracy & Refreshes

    The data reflects verified investor registrations and event check-ins from GCN’s private investor events.
    While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, contact information may evolve over time.
    Future updates or enrichments may be released periodically and may be included for lifetime license holders at GCN’s discretion.

    7. Included Materials

    Your purchase may also include:

    • Investor Outreach Playbook – a GCN guide with email templates, sequences, and outreach best practices.

    • Bonus Registrations – additional investors with extended profile data.

    8. Ownership & Rights

    All compilation rights, formatting, and presentation remain the intellectual property of Global Capital Network.
    You are granted a perpetual right to use, not to re-license or resell, the underlying data.

    9. Support & Upgrades

    Basic email support is included for all list purchases.
    Optional upgrades, enrichments, or refreshed versions may be offered periodically for active GCN clients and partners.

    10. Compliance

    All users are expected to comply with applicable email, data privacy, and marketing laws in their respective jurisdictions (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
    GCN is not responsible for misuse or non-compliant outreach conducted by the licensee.

    11. Termination

    Violating these terms (e.g., reselling or mass-sharing the data) may result in license termination without refund.
    GCN reserves the right to take legal action for unauthorized distribution.
