Your Onboarding Checklist

Complete all three before event day.

Submit Your Pitch DeckRequired

Our AV team needs your deck ahead of time to load it in before you present. If you've already submitted, you can skip this step.

Format: PPT or PPTX required — PDF accepted only as an optional backup

Video: If your presentation includes video, upload it or note it on the submission form so AV knows to cue it

Confirm receipt: Our Event Operations team can confirm your docs came through — reach out via Support if you don't hear back

GDF is our investment discovery and deal flow platform. Create an account and submit a company listing — raise amount, team, deck, attachments, competitive landscape, and industry — so investors can find you beyond the room.

Exhibitors can locate and claim their booth on our interactive event map — the same tool investors and attendees use to find you on the day. If you'd like better positioning or a larger footprint, you can upgrade directly.
