Our team looks forward to hosting your private investor event. Complete the steps below and you'll walk in with the room, the materials, and the equipment all handled.
We'll introduce you to the catering manager at your venue so the right space and time gets reserved. From there, you'll choose the menu.
GDF is our investment discovery and deal flow platform. Create an account first, then submit your deal — our team will get it approved as soon as possible.
Bring physical materials so every guest walks away with something in hand. A local FedEx print center can handle last-minute orders for pickup near your venue.
Most venues provide a screen with an HDMI input and a microphone. Everything else is on you.
We recommend arriving 1–1.5 hours early — enough time to get settled in, place documents on each table, confirm your laptop connects and presents properly, and start networking with investors who arrive early.
Professional attire — typically a suit, or at minimum a dress shirt and sport coat. Branded dress shirts can be a nice touch depending on the deal.
We typically allow about 1–1.5 hours from the start time for guests to arrive, meet your team, place their orders, and settle in before the presentation begins.
Typically 45 minutes to 1 hour.
About 15 minutes of questions, then we'll have you go table to table to introduce yourself, gauge interest, and answer any further questions one-on-one.
Contact spreadsheet — our team prepares one with contacts for every investor and attendee at your event.
Multi-city organization — hosting across several cities? Attendees are separated by location on their own tab (e.g. Newport Beach, Beverly Hills).
Follow-up email — sent to attendees with your contact information and pitch deck attached.
Our team is here to help with anything not covered above.
